Cancellation
You can cancel your order before we deliver your product.
To cancel your order, please log in to your account and navigate to the Order page from the left sidebar of your dashboard. See the attached image below.
After that click to Cancel Request from the action.
Customers can cancel their order within 2 hours of placing order. Once successfully cancelled, the refund amount will be send.
If a customer requests to cancel a product after it has reached the shipping stage, a partial amount of the order value will be deducted (varies by product), and the remaining value will be send.
You have the option to refuse the package upon delivery.
However, return charges will be deducted. The deduction charges vary depending on the products. ⚠️💳📦
